Spring Beginner Boxing Series
8 Weeks | Fridays at 5:00 PM | Starting April 10
Our Spring Beginner Boxing Series is designed for people who are brand new to boxing or returning to movement after time away. You do not need experience, athletic background, or confidence to begin — just a willingness to show up.
Over the course of 8 weeks, we’ll guide you through the foundations of boxing in a supportive, structured environment that prioritizes technique, safety, and personal growth.
This series is about more than learning punches. Boxing is a powerful practice for both the body and the mind. Through consistent training, you’ll build strength, coordination, focus, and confidence — while also releasing stress, anxiety, and winter stagnation.
What You’ll Learn
- Proper boxing stance and footwork
- Basic punches (jab, cross, combinations)
- Defensive movement and coordination
- Conditioning and endurance at an accessible pace
- How to move with intention, confidence, and control
Classes are coached step-by-step, with plenty of guidance and encouragement. We take the time to teach — no one gets left behind.

Spring Level 2 Boxing Series
8 Weeks | Fridays at 6:00 PM | Starting April 10
Our Spring Level 2 Boxing Series is designed for students who already have a foundation in boxing and are ready to deepen their skills, conditioning, and ring awareness.
This series moves beyond basics and into application — how technique, timing, and composure come together under pressure. Boxing at this level is as much mental training as it is physical. You’ll learn how to stay calm, focused, and responsive while moving with intention.
What You’ll Learn
- Advanced combinations and footwork
- Defensive movement and countering
- Ring awareness and distance management
- Controlled, technical sparring fundamentals
- Conditioning that supports speed, endurance, and power
- Mental focus, confidence, and emotional regulation under stress
Sparring is introduced progressively and safely, with an emphasis on control, respect, and learning — not ego or aggression. Participation in sparring is guided by the coaches and matched appropriately.
